1. A needle sweeps the dial. Tap when it is inside the light.
2. Every lock is faster and the light is smaller. From lock 5 it moves. From lock 6 the needle turns back. From lock 9 the dial goes dark.
3. One miss ends the run. There are no lives — that is the whole game.
4. Whoever is top of the board when it closes wins a free one-page website, built and deployed on your own domain. 12 is the most anybody can open; 9 is more than almost anyone manages.

Lock 1 gives you 208 milliseconds. Lock 9 gives you 62. Lock 12 gives you 42.
